- Launched and managed an accessibility program for 8 product teams, reducing the time to fix A11y bugs by over 50%.
- Led the A11y program on medicare.gov, receiving the first-ever perfect score for a .gov platform tested by the Section 508 Office at the Dept. of HHS.
- Redesigned medicare.gov in a small cross-role team, to be user-centric and boosted enrollments by over 40%.
